Quality Management

A dedicated team is assigned to all projects undertaken by AV One and is headed up by a senior member of staff. AV One staff are experts in their respected fields and work to the highest standards. In order to maintain this standard of quality, nothing is viewed by clients without first going through a number of in-house quality checks, followed by final approval from the Account Manager/Director.


AV One’s standard quality procedures include the following:

Client communication – AV One ensure regular client communication to update on current projects, and adopt a fast response time for requested information.

Briefing approval – before every project a meeting is held between the Project Manager and the client to ensure both parties fully understand and approve the brief and timescale.

Project Meetings – held throughout the project, both with the project team and the client, to ensure close collaboration, communication and timely delivery.
