Aberdeen based audiovisual specialist AV One Solutions have been named winner of the Customer First category at the Northern Star Business Awards 2026, recognising their commitment to delivering outstanding service and long-term value for clients.

The award celebrates businesses that can demonstrate how a customer-focused strategy drives growth, improves performance and strengthens relationships through effective leadership and engagement.

Established in 2016, AV One provides audiovisual solutions across workplaces, events and specialist environments throughout the UK. Now marking its 10-year anniversary, the company has built a strong reputation for reliability and service, working with over 150 clients and developing long-term partnerships built on trust and consistency.
